She showed me a great many photographs of America and her friends, which were very interesting but some of them screamingly funny.
I am going to the Wittelsbacher Kino with Frau Wernigk. She is such a dear and I feel it will be quite an experience.
Berlin is very dull—the Consulate is rather dull and life in general is dull. We are constantly changing rooms, which I can’t stand.
I am taking a charming little “atelier” downstairs, where I shall be quite alone. Fritz has won the Iron Cross, which is splendid.
