Transcript:

About 80% passerbys would accept willingly, leaflets handed to them. About 50% would listen and about 25% would stop and talk. Of whom only about 5% were actively for the war. The most vicious happened to be women!
Several policemen would return in the evening when off duty. Two officials in External Affairs openly sympathetic. One woman said: "My husband was in ICC in Saigon same time you were there. He says your [sic] nuts."
"O.K. tell him to come and tell me himself -- that Can planes were not flying over Can hospitals!"
He never came! But she returned many times. Sent her 5 kids down. Brought gifts. Took pictures. so much for "him"
