Notes:
This prisoner arrived in the camp on 22 June 1940.
On 21 November 1944, this prisoner escaped from Auschwitz. It seems he was successful and was not caught. November 21, 1944- Four Polish prisoners escape from Auschwitz I : Leszek Piwirotto (No.380), Stanislaw Pawliczek (No. 1085), Stanislaw Kwiatkowski (No.12374), and Wladyslaw Kokosinski (No. 41766). (Auschwitz Chronicle p.752). Even though the first name is different, it is obviously the same prisoner since the number is identical.
